im am mad!!! I pulled into this picture last night and there's plenty of available parking. I parked in the reserved and went in to pay. I was charged $78 for 2 nights. The associate did not explain to me that the regular parking was cheaper and you could use store credits On your purchase To redeem your Charge for regular parking. Today I went in and was casually talking to a manager. I told them what I was charged. She is the one who explained to me about the regular parking I asked her if I could get a refund since there was regular parking last night And I was not aware of The discount. There is no in store credit for reserve. She told me no. I don't think this is fair and I don't think this is right. I feel like the night associate should have explained this to me and gave me the option. I will never park in another petro

I've never had a good visit here !! It's all about taking from the driver's and thier wallets, staff is allways rude!! Facilities are grossly dirty!! I've been forced to stop hear many times over the last 20+ years as a driver and it make my stomach actually ache knowing I'm going to have to stop here again...dont be fooled the T/A across the streets worse...

Service department is sht! The all management has to be replaced last couple years they got worse.. where does corporate look?! They dont work and do nothing they all just wait to change a shift and pass to another shift and they have a waiting times for days. Corporate take an action come and check whats going on in here. Ridiculous
