I am not impressed with this company. They did absolutely nothing for me. Waste of money and once the IRS doesn't accept your offer they will no longer help you. I was able to pay off my account with the IRS and they haven't applied my money to the old balance yet. The IRS is still accruing late charges. Quick Debt told me it was because my 2020 taxes were not filed yet. I told them I mailed my 2020 taxes in with the check when I paid my account off back in May. They have had my taxes for two months. I have asked Quick Debt to please look into this for me and was told they will and would get back to me. Still waiting for my answer. Since the beginning of July I have emailed them regarding my account with the IRS with no response. Take your money elsewhere.
