Nissin Corporation

It a big hassle to exchange for the correct products with Nissin even though it was their mistake in the first place. Instead of resolving the issue, they spent time explaining how they processed orders and made me feel I was at fault. Worst customer service and problem solving strategies.

on 5/20/19, I called and place an order. I provided my credit card and was charged $312.02. Later, the sales person, Stephanie, told me that she needed a resell number. I did not have valid resell number, thus, I told her to cancel the order and gave me refund. The accounting department gave me a refund eventually, but it took 3 weeks for the refund to process.
