Today was the second time Zack helped us out. He is wonderful! He was able to come the same day we called within a couple of hours. He is courteous and does good work. As another reviewer mentioned he even wore green booties in the house to keep everything clean. I think his prices are fair and he hasn't tried to sell us anything we didn't need. What more could you ask! Honest, professional, on time and excellent work!

Disappointed. Sorry for a bad review, but the job wasn't done. I'm a home owner and I had a clogged drain. I called Zack and he told me it would cost $475 to fix the problem. I agreed. I told him, I had the same problem 4 years ago and my dad and I went under the house and opened the conduit and ran the snake through and fixed the problem. Zack told me, it wasn't necessary to go under the house. He would go on the roof and fix the problem. He went on the roof, got his snake, twisted it up, and blamed me for having an old house (1947) cus he could not fix the problem. He told me, he recommended a clean out ($2500). Any ignorant person would say ok. But, I had fixed the problem before. I just wanted professional assistance, to make sure I controlled the situation. But the problem was not solved. I told Zack to go and got charged $475 for a problem not being solved. I felt, he failed me so he could proceed to the next echelont....more money $2500. I called my dad, who works at public work and he helped me fix the clog with the same snake Zack used. We pulled out a big piece of root and fixed the problem. Zack was easy to fail and persuad ignorant customers to a more costly headache. I was a fool to accept his $475 offer for not completing his task, but I had agreed and had no choice. My dad and I took care of the job ourselves, and pull out the root.

Honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable. Did a great job for myself and my mom and uncle. Highly recommend.
