Horrible Customer Service. The truck showed up 45 minutes late for our company event. I tried to call the company. The first time I was told that the truck was 1 minute away - at which point they were running 15 minutes late. I tried to call again when they were 30 minutes late. No one answered. I tried several more times and it just kept going to voicemail. I received a text a few minutes later informing me that the truck had broken down but was on its way and would be there in 1 minute. Finally, they arrived 45 minutes late. At which point half of our party had left as the event was supposed to be over by then. When I told the driver just to charge me per person, he informed me that I had to speak with the owner. I called the owner who basically told me that if I didn't pay the full amount (regardless of the fact that half of my party had already left) he would just tell the driver to leave. I wasn't asking for a discount or anything I just didn't want to pay for the 35 people who already left. Rude, horrible customer service.....would not recommend.

Amazing service. I had this company come in for one of my anual summer parties. The truck driver was extremely respectful and we’ll mannered. The truck came promptly and on time. Great quality ice cream and worth the money.......extremely recommend

I have used Alb Softy Inc for two corporate events in 2018 and 2019. Each time they provide friendly service and a good range of products. They are responsive to emails/phone calls and show up early to the events to be ready to serve. This shows great professionalism. I would be happy to have them back to any corporate event I host in the future. Thank you!
