Ann the director is rude, Reina in scheduling has no clue and very rude when trying to schedule. They get authorizations from the insurance and these idiots dont follow it. First they dont schedule right away when a patient is discharged, then if you need to reschedule the staff said you cant use that appointment for a later time. Guess they dont understand how authorizations work, its illegal to not honor an authorization from the insurance there is a date span to use all visits. The way they bill is fraud billing for service not rendered. STAY AWAY USE ANOTHER HOME HEALTH.

It is 6 days since I was discharged from the hospital and I am supposed to receive their RN services. So far no care, lying supervisor named Cheryl, nurse named Nicole who can't or won't follow instructions. I'm supposed to get wound care every 2 days ... none for 6 days! I Do NOT Recommend this company.

The nursing staff does not seem to care what the doctor says. In our case, after the doctor placed fifty (50) stitches in a wound, a doctor said to have the home health nurse wash the wound well with soap and water. Doctor said a good wash every 48 hours by home health staff, would carry away dead tissue from the wound. Nurse said a wipe off at the kitchen table with soap and water would suffice. I reminded nurse what doctor said & he said his method would be sufficient. In a later Saturday visit, (48 hours since an earlier wound care visit), the nurse was running very late & called to ask if they could come Sunday. This is true notwithstanding the doctor said the wound needed to have the dressing changed each 48 hours. Then on Sunday, (72 hours since an earlier wound treatment) the scheduled nurse called to say they would rather take the day off to attend church & spend time with their family. A call to management led to a supervisor calling at 2:00 PM +/- saying that they were sorry but they had no nursing staff to send!
