Helpful staff. Stock on things like plastidip are low but I'm sure it's probably due to the pandemic.

We needed headlights replaced and yes I did not know how to do.it. Chris, came in and saved the day. Even showed me how to do it myself. Eurozone, this location and staff went the extra mile. Thank you!

Not happy with my visit here. On 11/7 I realized that my car wasn't starting up. I took a look at the battery health and I was getting readings of 9V when it should have been 12 or higher. I charged the battery and made my way over to this Auto Zone. When I get there they're getting 10V+ readings because I had charged it earlier, and they tell me they can't give me a replacement. I tell them what will they do if I go on an errand that day and end up stranded? Their response? Get it towed and fixed. On a Sunday... I ended up stranded at Costco for 3.5 hours. I had to call up Auto Zone customer service to get pre-approval for an exchange. I visited ANOTHER Auto Zone where they immediately gave me the exchange. Needless to say that's where I'll be doing business moving forward. Thank you for wasting my time. Imagine if I had gone out for a road trip that day. Big yikes.
