Ryan and his law firm are quick, diligent, and extremely pragmatic. We had a time sensitive need for his legal counsel and even though we had never worked with him before... he jumped on the phone and provided us with expert advice. Ryan walked us through the important legal documents we were considering... and then shared many valuable insights about common practices and some things we should watch out for in the future. I could tell he had our best interests in mind. Our conversations never felt rushed, but we also didn't feel like he was dragging them out either to make money on us.
