        Found this place through Axxess. Fast and friendly service, delicious food, nice outdoor setting, and clean restrooms. Complimentary chips and salsa provided. Got the chimichanga and relleno plate, about $11 each, both were very good.

        Quality has gone down, so down since I enjoyed weekly visits to kirks (probably contributing to my weight problems!) as a child with my mom when we lived in Cupertino. My mom hates burgers, american food in general, so her wanting to come definitely says/said something. The portions are smaller and less flavorful now. When i rave about this place to people, i feel like their expectations fall flat, but I desperately just want to shake them and tell them "NOOO this used to be SOO goood". I get the griller, and onion strings.. always, never strayed.. well once, and was not amused. Kirk's provides that homey, back to my childhood burger joint feel, so I still come back, but I just wish that they would provide quality that is up to par in the current days!
