Plaques turn out very well for the cost. Very quick turn around.

I've now purchased 2 plaques with CRTreehouse. Both looked great, and the professionalism for the first plaque was there. I had dealt with what I believed to be the father in the business, but on the 2nd plaque I believe I dealt with his son. There was no professionalism, and a poor attitude from start to finish. Speaking on the phone with him requesting the plaque made it seem as if I was bothering him, he had very poor customer service. He told me I could pick up the plaque at the end of the week, on Friday. Friday afternoon came, and he didn't reach out yet with if it was ready, so I reached out. When I reached out he replied with "I had to leave to go do something can you pick it up tomorrow?" We had planned all week, and he stressed to me on the phone initially "okay just be sure to plan for Friday picking it up." In addition to this, he provided a window of 1030-1130 only to pick it up on the weekend. 1007 came around and he sent a text saying to be here "NLT 1130 sharp." Overall felt like my business was bothering them. Will not be going through them again. Maybe the older gentleman, but not the young one with the guages. EDIT: In addition to this, there was a typo in the plaque so I will have to have them fix it. I need to present this plaque Monday, and was advised if I can't come in 25 minutes, it will have to wait until Monday, because I have to leave in 45 minutes. Chris = Good Kevin = Bad
