DONT GO HERE!
These fools tried to tell me just about everything on my car was messed up when I just wanted an oil change. I should have read previous reviews. It took almost 2 hrs for an "oil change" just so they could make up unnecessary repairs. They assumed I didnt know anything because I was a woman and tried to take advantage of my wallet. Every 20 mins they were bothering me saying I needed this and that done. A man was also waiting for his car to be done and they didnt bother him once. Worse experience ever!! I even checked my oil when I got home because I didnt trust they changed it. They changed it but with the worse quality products. Learned the hard way to never get an oil change at a place that advertises it for 18.99.
Hopefully this prevents someone else from getting screwed.
I know they wont be around long, this sort of buisness deserves to shut down.

Do Not Go Here
Went in for a basic oil change and nothing else at the Oceanside 101 location. Had a fantastic relationship with the pacific beach location and had my fleet serviced there when running multiple Enterprise locations in the area. Thought of them as a moral buisness so I thought to try them up in Oceanside where I live.
Horrible experience. Business made it clear that if I didn’t purchase their upsells I was putting my family in immediate danger, very very aggressive sales tactics. Scared my wife quite a bit, wanted near a thousand dollars in repairs. I declined and took the car to may primary mechanic and found nothing was wrong as I had a full service and replacement done on a the parts in they wanted to fix just a couple months prior. The basic oil change also took near 3 and half hours even though we were there at opening.
This is bad business and scare tactics in sales are a gross thing to do.
I will never use express for any of my vehicles and neither will my family.
Untrustworthy scammers. Bad buisness.

Extremely unprofessional service. Shady, illegitimate vibe here. Manager is terrible.
My husband worked here and I heard stories of the manager doing some pretty disgusting and unscrupulous stuff. I am not kidding.

Al is very thorough and knowledgeable and gets the job done he treated us like royalty and we enjoyed doing business with him we will be back
