        Sad to see this place closed at some point. The sushi here was absolutely amazing. Best sushi in North County. I was last here in 2010.

        LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Fish Joint ! We've been coming here for over 7 years. The service is great! Summer is the best waitress EVER ! Colin, Davin & Loren, best sushi chefs EVER ! The people are fantastic ! We are going to miss all you so much ! Going to have to have a sushi party in Arkansas !

        My fiancé and I are new to the Oceanside area, and visited this restaurant for the first time on New Years Eve. We sat at Hill St. Cafe next door, which provides extra seating for the Fish Joint when it is busy. The server was very friendly, casual and attentive. They were very busy for the holiday, but still provided excellent service, and went out of their way to make it a special night. The sushi was simply amazing! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
