        I placed an order for a lotion here. Got sent a complete different item. I reached out to notified them about the incident. Brittney reply very apologetic and wanted to fix the situation, but then a Sonia lady took over the situation and made thing worse. She was tremendously rude and full of attitude. I just told her to forget I would rather take a loss than to deal with her. Tremendously rude!
