Purchased a pair of their sunglasses online, they arrived very quickly and looked nice upon opening. Looking a little closer I realized that the frame was warped and the glasses would not sit even on my face. Customer support was unavailable over the phone. Emailing customer service representative I was told that I would either need to send the glasses back or go to a local optics store to have them reworked. I was given multiple excuses for this quality issue and they even tried to tell me this was a feature of these glasses. Ultimately disappointed in the low quality and lack of ownership for a brand I was excited to support. Returning my glasses and taking my business elsewhere.

Look nice, feel decent, but within the first week of wearing them, I accidentally scratched the left lens. My fault, and I thought "no big deal, I'll just order a set of replacement lenses", except that they don't even bother selling replacement lenses. I threw the sunglasses in the trash. I can understand not selling replacement parts for a $10 pair of sunglasses, but not a $150 pair. Super disappointed and wish I knew that before purchasing.
