The worst management company you find anywhere and I've dealt with many of them. The owner Judith is out of touch with reality and very disrespectful. She conducts the meetings in a very unprofessional manner with no knowledge of the governing documents and when someone tries to correct her she shuts them up by saying that the" law" doesn't allow them to speak but refuses to specify the "law" she's referring to. Additionally, she charges up to 4 times the normal, customary fee for transferring HOA documents which is completely unconscionable and the HOAs that allow her to continues such practices need to be investigated as well since they're violating their fiduciary duty towards the members of the association. In short, stay away from Morning View Associates because they simply cannot be trusted and would stab a homeowner in the back in order to get even since their shortcomings and incompetent ways of doing things were pointed out. Any HOA that would decide to work with this establishment should be investigated for their hidden agenda. Just stay away from Moring View Associates.
