Beazer Homes Mission Lane Pepper Tree

My wife and I really considered buying one of these homes they had great floor plans but ultimately not enough parking for our families needs.

HOA are rude and un-professionals. don't live here they will give you hard time for parking permits and they will tow your car

Very disappointed if I do zero start I would do it. The don't do much for the parking. The Beazer Home just use from Francian for the other home to park. Beazer home not fair even we pay more for them. Even the new home still need a lot of fix. We call out for warranty and email too. They just set up for painting only the other thing they just tell us to wait. Even so many manage come and check out what we need to fix but no one come and fix for us yet. Is almost out of warranty and we try to reach them so many time but nothing happens yet. And the night time you have to fight for the parking lot even you buy a single house. If you want to buy the house in here better check the parking lot first at night time. In the front yard so many car and the kids can't play. When I try to find the new home they promise a lot. They said they will build for customers happy. But after you purchase and so many meetings but the breazer can't so your problem. Do not trust them. Go and see yourself before you buy the house in here.
