By far the worst company Ive ever come across. Ive moved a few times in my life and NOTHING I mean NOTHING compares to this nightmare. They lost 1/2 of my belongings after having to have a pack out after a flood. They ripped my 5000$ painting and tried to point fingers elsewhere. They lost my safe and an unbelievable amount of belongings. They had us listed under the wrong last name and tried to blame the insurance company. They tried to gaslight me. Ive contacted the BBB. They brought me other peoples belongings on 2 occasions.. thankfully I found the rightful owners. Do not ever use this company.our heater still doesnt work because they wouldnt pay the company they outsourced .. shall I go on??? Services: Water removal, Flooring

Servpro of North Oceanside destroyed our home!! We lost EVERYTHING due their negligence in testing for ASBESTOS. I'm writing this review two years after their negligence because it has taken this long to get settled back into our home. After a flood their attempt to dry out carpet and dry wall did not work resulting in the removal of said dry wall and carpet. Twenty two fans were set up for four days then they picked up all their equipment. Only after this disaster did they call to say they needed to test for asbestos. The entire home had been contaminated. The entire home had to be abated. We lost everything from furniture, clothes, bedding/mattresses, all closets and drawers, many many keepsakes (lived her for 25 years) all appliances, HVAC and so much more. This could have been avoided with the proper standard of Industry testing policies. Never once did Servpro call me with apologies/explanations or empathy. I called the company a few times inquiring about jewelry that had gone missing while they were in the house. Police report is on file. I have never heard back from this company at all. If they reply to this review that they don't have our name in their files they are lying. Move on.

We called about a possible mold issue & Servpro of North Oceanside was highly responsive in a matter of hours. Jesus was great explaining what issues we had. Very honest, kind & professional. We will definitely be using them again. Highly highly recommend this business & Jesus! Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal
