Called and booked a same day appointment for a big haircut. I didn't have much of an idea about what I wanted, but Mary Elizabeth was fantastic and helped me to figure out exactly what I was going for - both my cut and style turned out great. Being able to work with someone who understands curly hair was such a bonus and I'm so glad that I booked here! Clean facility, cute decor, laid back environment, and fun people!!

I love Chapter One Hair and Body Lab! But most of all, I love Christine!! She has been cutting my hair for about the last 5 years and I basically just trust her to do whatever because she has taken the time to get to know me, knows what I want, and has the talent. For the past year or so we have been committed to doing "dustings", as she calls them, which basically means that I come in every 6 weeks or so and she takes about 15 minutes to snip off all the sad dead ends. It costs me about $25 per cut and LET ME TELL YOU, I have long beautiful hair!! For someone with fine fragile hair like me, it's a miracle! I HIGHLY recommend going in and seeing Christine or any of the other very lovely stylists at Chapter One to make any of your beauty dreams come true!
