Be careful of the fees and what you are being charged for. I had one young man come out. No tools in hand. He stuck his hand to the vent and told me my heater is working fine. He didnt even look at the heater. Then he told me I didnt know how to use my thermostat. I let him know that I do know how to use my thermostat and that I even installed it 4 yrs ago. I was charged $150.00 for that visit Every service call is $150.00. Even if you have work done. Ive seen other companies that change $75.00 for a service call. With my experience I will never use Nates again. Service: HVAC system repair

My wife and I had issues with our ductwork and needed to have it replaced. I spoke with several different HVAC companies, but Nates Plumbing and HVAC was clearly the best. I appreciated the price transparency, professionalism, and easy communication. I highly recommend Nates Plumbing and HVAC and would use them again!

After Nate's plumbing charged me $195 to mis diagnose (not fix) a 35 year old wall heater and recommending a full replacement, at the tune of over $4,000.00, I  contacted a recommended different licensed contractor for a second opinion and diagnosis. In short, the unit needed a new part (Sparking mechanism that was melted) . So, in short, instead of being out over $4200.00 it was fixed for $500.00.  I wish that Nate's Plumbing and HIVAC would have given me a choice to repair or replace.I'm a retired Gen. contractor.. and was treated as if I didn't matter and knew nothing. He publicly called me a 'Slumlord'.. I own one rental property....when I brought this to his (Nate) attention, Nate  bad mouthed me in response to my previous review. His office staff was very nice. I wish they would have made it right.

I called Nate's Plumbing and HVAC for an issue with my sewer line. They were quick, responsive, helpful, and professional. We were able to get the issue resolved with a minimum of fuss and mess. A huge thanks to Nate, Branda, Nate Jr., Derek, Barry, Adam, and George. Five stars, I would call them again in a heartbeat.
