I like their email process and how they communicate with you. They were a bit costly but you get what you pay for.

The owner is a thief, I took my car to fix because I got an car accident. He charged me $130 to find the cause of the problem but he did not even move my car and said the cause of the problem is not from accident so he stole $130. I found out later on that he had a hand with insurance company name Gieco. In order to get more work from them, he saves the insurance companies and not YOU. So please the next time you decide to take your car remember that he will take care of the insurance more than you. Unless, you take your car and pay out of pocket he will charge you an arm and leg. Horrible way of dealing business.

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am to have found this shop. No more trips to Walnut Creek or Pleasanton for me.
The owner is fantastic to work with and seems to care about the customer as well as the business. Very reasonable price wise. Not to mention he is a certified Master Nechanic for Mercedes Benz ( twice ). Yes, I do trust this shop with my 55 SL AMG!
