I had a very precise laser cutting requirement for a local restaurant. I created the art in Adobe Illustrator, and their technician was excellent in assisting me in getting it perfect. The resulting complex logo was cut 10 times in 18ga steel and cam out amazing. The precision of the laser required very little finishing and the detail was clean and smooth. Way better than I expected. The product arrived on the day their predicted. The price was affordable and I was able to get more copies than I originally wanted to allow me to do other projects taking advantage of their aggressive quantity pricing discounts. I am thrilled that I now have an excellent professional service to perform engraving and cutting to support my welding and fabrication. Highly recommended.

There's no other for your laser cutting and template needs. The best customer service, kind, quick to reply, very knowledgeable, great quality parts and finished products, and so willing to help. They have taken their own time to figure out small issues on my part and respond with fixes and steps to move forward. Like I said, best customer service. Been with Ponoko for easily over 7 years.
