        I love this company! Last week I created a problem with the valuation of my account, but customer service efforts were outstanding in resolving an issue I created. My experience was fantastic with Hermela, Pierce, and Jordan, they are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! Wow! Sadly, I cant remember when I experienced that from a company! Ive been a customer for 11 years and more than satisfied with Entrust, the quality of customer service, their fees, and professional advice! Top notch!

        My spouse and I started process of opening a Roth IRA and converting traditional IRA funds to Roth IRA. Through Entrust I did it online (with a little help from service Rep) on same day. My spouse is still waiting to hear if Roth IRA has been approved through another major and well known Administration company. Kudos Entrust.
