This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. We booked a jet charter for $11,000 with them which they never completed. They left the passengers at the airport because they showed up late. We asked them 4 different times before booking the flight if we can have a flexible departure time, and they mentioned that there is no issue with that. The whole reason people fly private is to have flexibility for their departure time, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS SPECIFIED AND ASKED 3 TIMES BEFORE WE SIGN THE CONTRACT.
The day of the flight, way before the departure time, we contacted them to let them know we are running late. They weren't even aware of the of what the departure time was!!!!!! When the passengers showed up at the airport there was no jet there. A family of 5 was stranded for 2 hours and had to pay for an entire new charter flight with a new operator.
Since then, we have tried to contact them by phone, email, and every way possible and they have blocked our contact and completely ignored us instead of acknowledging their mistake. Their 'CEO' is actually their chief pilot and he didn't even investigate the situation whatsoever. They are thieves and completely unprofessional.
If you ever decide to work with them, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you ever want to ask me further regarding my experience, I have everything written, recorded and broken down to every single recorded phone call, email and text message with their team. They still have not responded not taken accountability until this day. If they do ever take accountability and even try to make this right, I will consider taking this review down.
I am warning all private jet brokers and clients out there to steer clear; you are better off paying a little bit more and working with a company that will actually provide you with a private jet flight that you pay for.
