        It became an unsafe area, there are many assaults, they break car windows to steal belongings and they even closed the In-n-out that was nearby due to so much insecurity.

        Called for the hotel shuttle after arriving at the airport at 10:30pm. It's a 2 minute drive from the airport. After 25 minutes the hotel shuttle never showed up. Caught a Lyft and stayed at a different hotel instead. Called back and asked about the shuttle and said the driver never showed up. The gentleman who answered said the driver had to stop for gas.

        This is WELL BELOW STANDARD for a Hilton Hotel. It's worse than a moldy motel 6. Smells terrible. Regular Hilton customers will be very disappointed with this property. I should have read the reviews before booking but I put my trust in the Hilton name. The Hilton Garden Inn in Carlsbad was way better than this hotel.
