Bay's Elite Management Group

I have tried about 6 different management companies over the course of 20 years. Bay's Elite Management by far has been the best experience I have had with a property manager. They respond to my needs quickly, often through email and within anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours. They are great with tenants and take care of their needs while making sure they keep the repairs costs in check. I'd highly recommend them. They use a 15 unit building for me in Oakland.

I have been wanting to give a review to Bay's Elite Management Group for awhile now. I am extremely pleased with this management team as well as their investment sales arm, Bay's Elite Investments Inc. They manage a 22 unit building for me in Concord, a 18 unit in Berkeley and a 20 Unit in Concord. All these buildings have been sold to me by Pedram Karbassi and his team has done an amazing job increase the rents and adding value over the past decade of my ownership. Kudos to BEMG team.

We recently worked with BEM to rent out our single family house. The entire renting process was remarkablly smooth and efficient, thanks to Pedram's professionalism, prompt communication, carefulness and thoroughness. This is our first experience of being a landloard, and had a lot of questions during the procedure and sometimes repeated questions. Pedram has always been patient, knowing exactly our interest/concern, and explained everything in details often with real examples, which deeply impressed us as an experienced property manager. He is very proactive, planned everything in quick and perfect order, and eventually helped to lease the house even quicker than we expected. We are very pleased to have him manage our property and would highly recommend him to people who seek for thoughtful and trustworthy property manager!

Bay's Elite Management lead by Pedram Karbassi has helped me out with my projects on more than one occasion. As a premier Oakland property management company, they have brokered and sold me buy a 10 unit, 2 4 unit and 35 unit building in Oakland and Berkeley over the past 5 years and they've done an amazing job in their representing on the sale and managing the properties. They have increased the cash flows and property values by timing the units to turn during the peak season by 3 folds over the past decade. I have had Bay's Elite manage my 2 buildings in Oakland and Concord, totaling 25 units, for the past 8+ years. I could not be more pleased. Bay's Elite Investments, the parent company, sold me both buildings after I did a 1031 exchange and was looking for properties. Since then the sister company, Bay's Elite Management, has increased the rent upon turnovers and buyouts and my cash flow in the past 8 years has gone up by about 2.5 times. I have developed a great relationship with Pedram Karbassi, the owner of Bay's Elite, and he's been quite fair in his dealings. He is quick to admit errors and correct them. Has there been problems at times, of course. But they are quick to rectify, make you feel 100% satisfied and move on. I highly recommend Bay's Elite.
