Im going to do you a favor today and share my personal experience with a custom tow truck fabricator shop in Oakland.
Ive had trucks worked on, repaired, customized all over the Western United Sates.
Listen to me:
The best of the best is Best Equipment.
I have nothing to gain by telling you this.
Get your truck(s) worked on anywhere you want.
I did for years.
All over.
Some shops are pretty good. Some are hit and miss. Some mechanics are not working on your vehicle sober. Many come and go.
I found this place by luck some tine ago.
Garys done work on my personal vehicles. II trust him and his work 100%.
Ill say that again : I trust him and his work 100%
Ive never see him produce results that were anything less than perfect. His knowledge, experience, technical ability are unparalleled.
Consider yourself lucky should you have work done at this shop.
It will be done right, it will exceed your expectations, it will be done with a sense of urgency, integrity, and fairness.
I see someone gave this place a 1 star.
Thats a joke! And the person didnt even take a moment to explain why.
Pretty cowardly.
And total BS.
Anyone can give a 1 star and not back it up.
Maybe its a lazy competitor?
But that individual potentially keeps you from getting the best service you would want. And f___ing deserve.
Garys got great people working for him as well.
