Sewer Master, A Private Sewer Lateral Contractor

Had a few hiccups with the scheduling, but the work was top notch. The crew went above and beyond. Instead if digging up the brick and replacing it with concrete, they sawed the mortar and put it all back together when done. When they were done I couldn't even tell someone had dug up my whole yard an hour before.

Vincent came out to inspect my home, and instead of trying to sell me services, he quickly pointed out that my sewage system was compliant. He didn't even charge for the inspection. He also helped me map out my sewage system. Vincent is an expert; he saved me $20 grand during a half hour visit to my property. If you need work done on your sewage system, definitely start with Sewer Master. I couldn't recommend his services more.

I spoke with Vincent awhile back and his assistant Mimi, just a moment ago.  Both of them are exceptionally kind and their work is outstanding.  Look at their photo gallery - it speaks for itself.  This is a tight knit group that excels at what they do.  They are prompt, clean, organized and get the job done in a timely manner.  There is no better related business than them.

Thank you, Vincent, for making 2 trips to my home to do a quick camera inspection of the sewer lateral. To be clear, Vincent came out before the appointment and did the inspection. I wasn't notified initially, so I was skeptical/uncertain as to what happened. No offense, but when do service providers provide a service without telling you that it was done and you had no idea that it was happening before the appointment time? Needless to say, he rolled up over again after listening to my concerns. He was transparent and allowed me to record the camera inspection. Also, he gave some very helpful insight on a drain pipe that we did have issues with months ago. OK, let's be clear... Sewer Master only works with sewers... not any other type of pipe, so I really appreciate his patience in dealing with our inexperience.
