    Valerie Loo is an incredibly skilled physical therapist and Pilates coach. Shes helped me tremendously deal with spinal stenosis, alignment, and posture issues, as well as being sensitive to my lymphedema and arthritis.

    I have been coming to Stable Core for just over two years. I had a couple herniated discs and my doctor sent me to physical therapy and suggested I try Pilates. I was lucky enough to find Stable Core! In less than 3 months my back pain went down significantly. And now, two years later, I can actually sit for more than a few minutes, even with my legs crossed. And Yaira is fantastic! I thought I would get bored but every class is different and always challenging. She keeps it fun and is always trying new things to keep the class engaged. I feel stronger every time I walk out the door. And with the class size so small, you get the individual attention to make sure you are doing everything right.

    I've struggled with back issues for a long time, and things went downhill after a back injury. My Dr sent me to Pilates and it's made a massive difference in my quality of life. Yaira is awesome, really mindful, great at keeping track of students injuries and offering modifications. It helps that classes remain pretty small. I've taken bigger mat classes and not gotten the same effects. This has changed my daily life, improved my posture, drastically reduced the chronic pain I used to experience, and helped me to be more active and healthy again. I cannot possibly recommend Yaira's class too highly.

    Valerie is great! I'm seeing her for back and leg pain and I don't know what I would do without her. She is so great at assessing postural imbalances and the exercises you need to do to feel better. She has been priceless in helping me rehab this problem. I appreciate her knowledge, kindness, and patience. If you are thinking about pilates for strength or to rehab an injury, this is the place to go. You won't regret it!
