Found this place from a Craigslist ad. There were about 30 bikes for sale when I went. Lots of kids bike and a few road and mountain bikes for adults. Will definitely come here again. They have all kinds of bike parts and accessories. Lots of racks, rims, bags, lights, bells, etc.

Heard about this place from a friend. Found a Trek hybrid that rides like a Cadillac...great suspension, sits nice and tall, front & rear gear shifts, and lightweight for its size. Paid $800 LESS than orig price. They had a great selection of small, medium, and large sizes. They encourage you to test drive them around the block to pick the best one for your size & taste. I didn’t know there were so many variations of a bike. Tiff was the person who helped me— super patient & knowledgable...she offered recommendations and tailored her suggestions as she listened to my feedback after each test drive. The ppl there really love what they do...they love saving the environment from trashed bikes, and they love giving the bikes to a new owner. Tiff was so happy that I was so happy with the bike. If I could, I’d ride everywhere now! *Important Note*—as of Feb 2020, they take cash, but will eventually take other forms of payment for a nominal fee. Your purchase is a donation, as they are a non-profit. It’s a real no-pressure environment— Tiff purposely didn’t tell me about the cash-only policy because she didn’t want me to feel obligated to buy. Highly recommending this business!!

I came all the way out from the Tri-Valley to snag a cute singlespeed from SF Bike Rescue. I called to make sure it was available and when I got there, Tiff remembered who I was and immediately grabbed the bike. Honestly, half of my satisfaction is with Tiff and the guys scurrying around the shop getting stuff done. Everyone was super nice and Tiff was genuinely excited for my new bike day. I rode off smiling like a giant nerd. I love my bike! Super affordable price, and I'm glad that money goes to providing bicycles to others. Hoping to bring my boyfriend for his too!
