I thought I would give it a try because they seemed to have good ratings. I got a bad feeling when the nail tech used an electric filer to remove gel polish from my natural nails vs. soaking off the paint. Apparently this should never be done as it weakens the nail. My cuticle on one of my finers was also cut back until it bled. Also, my top coat was not applied fully on multiple nails. I asked "is this okay" and the male nail tech said "yes, its fine". Overall, wouldn't go here if you care about the health of your nails, especially if you wear your natural nails. I would opt for a natural nail salon where your nails' health is taken into consideration. I won't be back.
