Wish I could give a Zero, I signed up about a year ago to give a try. When I signed up they said that I could cancel at anytime , with out any obligation I called to cancel and they want me to pay 200 dollars for cancellation fee? I was not aware of this. I wasn't aware that they were charging me more than my actual gas bill. In the long run they charged me more than my gas company throughout winter and summer. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM , this should be illegal.

Zero stars. Absolutely ridiculous how this is actually a business. They take advantage of the elderly. My grandma was assured the bill would be lower. Not fully informed of what actually would happen. She told me about it and I Google searched reviews. Read reviews before signing. She is cancelling...paying a cancellation fee is worth it compared to the Raise in fee and monthly membership fee for the 3 year contract.

I wish I could give them zero stars, I unfortunately signed up for them a year ago to provide gas to my home thinking it could save me money, it didn’t, not with the extra fee and PE&E’s delivery charges. After a year I moved and hoped the contract would be naturally terminated. The contract follows you if you move!! My new home was mostly electric and I didn’t need them to provide my gas, PGE was cheaper anyway. Yet they still made me pay $180 for cancelation. I am furious! If they are saving you money, they wouldn’t need to charge ridiculous fees just to keep people in their program. WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP
