I bought a 2013 Lexus that the dealer said was "certified" to be problem-free. From the start, the car had issues with the steering and the electrical system that wouldn't go away. I was afraid to drive it with my two small children in it. After a couple of failed attempts, the dealer refused to do anything more. I called Martin's office after being shunted from one paralegal to another at one of the big firms. I found Martin to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and effective. After meeting with me soon after I first called him, he wrote a point-by-point demand letter that got the dealer's attention fast. I returned the car, got a huge refund, and never had to go to court. He is the best!
