A few years ago I brought in some (about 10 pieces) jewelry to be for minor repairs. Two weeks later, I came in when work was supposed to be completed, but it wasn't and they didn't bother to call me to tell me it was not ready yet. Came in two additional times and finally picked up my pieces MINUS one gold chain. They said they never had it. I insisted that they did. On my receipt they had just listed multiply gold and silver pieces. (My mistake that I hadn't made them write down each piece individually, but I knew what I had taken in.) Continued to go in periodically just to check to see if it had been found and they continued to deny ever having my gold chain necklace. Finally, a few months later they called to say they found the necklace and I could come in to pick it up. I did and did not get even the slightest apology! Amazing. If they had accepted responsibility and apologized, I probably would not be writing this negative review. Have never been back. Given Gold just down the street is great. I have used them ever since the J Sahadi debacle.

They were extremely nice and repaired my bracelet fast and free of charge ! That was really amazingly generous!
