I recently sold my house in Oakland, CA and I believe Chic Home Interiors and my realtor (Kate Tanaka with Red Fin) were the major reasons I did so well with the sale. I had over 20 offers on my house! Joanne did such a beautiful job with staging - she made my house so warm and cozy. I think people walked in and were immediately in love with the house because of the atmosphere she created with the interior design. Her price was reasonable and was absolutely well worth it by significantly increasing the final sales price. My house was so cute staged that a reality show actually filmed a show in my home! I have no hesitations recommending Chic Home Interiors.

I owe a great deal of my success in Real Estate to this company. I've used other staging companies in the past, but have never been so consistently impressed more than by Joanne O'donnell and her flair and style! She seems to be able to visualize exactly what a home needs to appeal to buyers and accent a home, bringing in offers well above what I or the seller anticipates. As a Realtor, she is a valued member of my team and is a key component in my confident assurance to a seller, that we will get them top dollar for their home. Chic is appropriately named. Stylish and classy, every time. Joanne may not use clay or canvas, but she is a true artist. As good as her talent is, she is an ever better individual. Simply... the BEST! Thank you Joanne!
