Stephanie and her dedicated and knowledgeable team (who have worked with her for years) are simply outstanding!!  What started out as a homeowner's policy at a reasonable price for excellent coverage turned into (over the next few years) additional coverage in auto, an umbrella policy, and earthquake coverage.  State Farm's pricing is much better than AAA.  Take it from somebody who had been with AAA for 40 years.OK... If you're still reading, let me add some additional specifics.  Stephanie provides comprehensive information within a day.  Her entire team is friendly and knows me when I call and say, "Hi, this is Lisa, and I'd like to make my monthly earthquake payment."  They say sure... How's your day going?.. Would you like me to put that on your credit card that's on file?.... How about I email you a receipt?..... Thank you for calling!... After being dropped for fire coverage we were forced to go on the FAIR Plan for fire coverage protection. A few months ago a neighbor suggested we check out the Stephanie Canessa State Farm Insurance agency in Montclair Village, Oakland. They were able to provide a full homeowner's insurance package with fire and we also transferred over our auto and umbrella policies.
