        I love this place very much. The landlord is incredibly nice and , and the location is absolutely perfect! The area is very walkable, and as a blind individual, very accessible. The bus station is right on the corner, and BART is a short walk away, giving you access to the rest of Oakland and the surrounding areas. I am so glad I moved here, and can't wait to explore more places.

        Comfortable living space situated right in the middle of Oakland. There is an organic grocery store around the corner, two bars and a pizzaria across the street, and Walgreens is within two blocks. This is the perfect hub for your everyday lifestyle. My buddies and I have been living here for 1 year, we are very happy with our stay.
