STOP requesting a prospective employee's SSN on the online employment application. KP should be sued out of existence for violating PII and basic cyber-security. You care about HIPAA, but don't care about the PII of a perspective employee. Ask for the SSN when there is a potential job offer and during the pre-employment background check, NOT on the online application!

U.S. corporations cannot legally ask a prospective employee's age or date of birth on an employment application. Why is KP asking for highly personal information like "s*xual orientation"?! That is none of the company's business, even though the question is marked "optional." If this information is "not being used in the hiring process," then DO NOT ask for it! Also, asking for gender identity and "personal pronouns" is complete nonsense. Most mentally-stable Americans don't care about personal pronouns. Stop with the DEI, woke garbage! Anyone who cares about what "personal pronoun" is used has mental health problems. The world has far bigger problems than what personal pronouns are used. Get a clue and stick to the merits of the candidate!

After being admonished on the correct way to submit a complaint, the following occurred: Complaint closed. 2nd complaint closed. No disposition on subsequent complaints. I called and was told to escalate this matter I would be transferred to the grievance dept. Dan said he was referring me to Mandi. Mandi would call by weeks end. She didn't. Dan agreed to call me back the following week to followup. He didn't. I received a call from Tiffanie who did not return 3 calls I made to her when she had been previously assigned to me;and the one time we spoke she sort of remembered. Unfortunately I wasn't assigned to her, she had other calls and said Mandi would call me. She didn't. I got a recording from corporate, rather a survey, asking me if I remembered speaking to Mandi. I said no as that was the truth. The recording stated that this would not make sense and disconnected. When I called the number back it said the matter had been resolved. I called back to Dan and did not get him. Instead I was transferred to kathy-mgr who said wrong department. I then spoke to Briana who asked me to leave a message for K.H who has not responded. In the meantime, I keep getting sicker. I continue to fall victim to bias, nonsense and lack of empathy from those entrusted to care for me. I felt encouraged when I received a call back. I falsely assumed it was someone who could and would effect change. Scheduled gastro appt, 3 times there we were no worker orders. Now told I have to schedule my appointment. All new meds are costing me nightmares and losing hours in a day. I legit told my son I am dying. I have a goose egg on my head and my back is out after 2 substantial falls.. called the pharmacy only to discover, 1 med back order. I should have been told that before I accidently took meds and almost overdose.still no closer to a resolve and I NEEDED an updated medical cert today.who do I call when I loose my job? oh and the lady that contacted me, I continue to receive POST MASTER DELIVERY can not send. And anyone else going throug this, you will not receive communications from higher ups in a position to effect change
