My experience at this place was slightly less than positive. The people who were here this evening act like they think they are better than everyone else. For every customer that comes in it becomes this weird passive/aggressive interaction where everyone tries to sound like the more "woke" person. It's like the hipster Olympics. A little bit of humility goes a long way. Herbs are for everyone. Just wish I felt welcomed and cared for at this place. Every person that walks into a business should be treated with respect. Especially in Oakland. Teach your employees that customers are special. Not them. Teach them compassion and hire people who can make a connection. You're an herb store for gosh sake.

Visited this place with my 91 yr old grandmother. The two people working were rude and it was unwarranted. I will never stop in here again. She simply asked a question, she is hard is hearing, the guy working was snickering when she couldn't understand what he was saying. The girl was equally rude. Yes Nic, it was you, you were rude and now your store is closed, looks like your attitude helped.

Very nice selection very good however the security guard at the door is something else very overbearing and authority drunk.

Came here for a class and it was really magical. Great space, very supportive and helpful.
