Tried calling them could never get a representative to talk to, I don't use any gas to my knowledge and I'm still getting charged.

Smelled the faint odor of odorized natural gas in the front yard for about a week. Smelled stronger by the meter. Called, talked to a service rep, and the service guy showed up almost before I hung up the phone. He fixed a loose fitting in all of 5 minutes

Literally the cheapest company in the state. Instead of clearing trees that are about to fall on the power lines, they turn off the power lines themselves so now we are without power. They dont know what they are doing and I cant wait for a new company to step up when PG&e goes bankrupt.
