I will never ever come back here or recommend this place to anyone. You need to make sure you have the entire day free to sit and wait for your appointment. We've been here for 3.5 hours and still have NOT been seen by the Dr. Apparently this is a normal thing.

From the moment you enter you are treated with respect and kindness. Everyone answered my questions and it was only a short while until I saw my doctor. On the way out I also took the time to enjoy the wonderful decorations they had on the walls

Thank God Ms. LaNae is back because the service you recieve here is the worse ever. My mother goes here & without LaNae this place is a mess. The only friendly professional person is her. I'm so glad I don't have to get services here and I should've looked at the rating before bringing my momma here. Worse than 1. LaNae is back and it's bearable. So sad for a black owned doctors office to have the worse structure I've seen.

I rather give this place a negative 1 star. This office and it's lack of care is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I had a 10:15am appointment and was there for 3 hours before I just walked out. How can a person have an appointment for a specific time and not be seen at the hour reserved? Make that make sense. There were people in just about every exam room waiting to be seen. The county needs to remove this clinic from their list and organization.. They do patients a disservice with lack of care and organization. When I checked in, the front desk person came to the window with a stack of unfiled papers (which is a potential HIPAA breach) and flipped through them to find my document for the doctor to complete once he saw me. This place is a disgrace to real clinics out there. Wish I had done the research before my time was wasted.
