I went into the office and pulled out. Pun intended. Something sketchy is going on here. There's a billing form that they ask you to agree to upon arrival. After reading all of the negative reviews, I'm not going to be another frustrated patient disputing dubious charges from this practice. I declined to sign the paperwork and they told me that I could not receive my consultation appointment without it. Every time you speak to them they ask you to bring cash and check. I've never in my life dealt with a medical practice that seems so focused on billing consent but not service provided.

One of my enjoyable experience with Dr.Yan is his doctor-to-patient relationship he provides. My appointments with him almost feel like a friends chat and that he actively listens to you.  Lastly, Dr.Yan is very accommodating. If you need to see him sooner, he will make time for his patients even if that means him staying in his office later.

I thought that maybe the service would improve with psycho Emma gone, but nope! There is a deeper problem with this office. I saw the new receptionist tell a patient to wait till the line cleared when she asked for written instructions for something after that patient said she already waited TWO hours . And what doctor's office doesn't offer hand sanitizers during a pandemic? The office is dirty and the staff is rude. Guy ahead of me said he's canceling his appointment.  Good idea!(And I asked for this before, Yelp! How come you don't have zero stars? One star is too much for these guys!)

My dad has been a patient of Dr. Yan for 2 years now. I gotta say, the staff there are very nice, very professional and always on tops of things. Dr. Yan himself cares for the patients and he is very patient telling my dad his medical conditions. He don't rush and always keep his patient inform of everything. I even see couple of my friends relatives there when I bring my dad to the office. They told me they have been with this doctor many many years.
