I cant speak highly enough of our experience with Ikenna. This was my husband and Is first home purchase. From the beginning we all had an initial conversation to talk about our budget, the market, the neighborhoods, etc. He was very knowledgeable and set us up right away with the right people and a website to help us find the right house that fit all our needs.
He had vendor relationships that came in handy when the process of closing was taking place. Outside of us having our own loan agent (which was not a problem at all for Ikeena), everything ran smoothly
My husband and I can be quite aggressive when it comes to planning. Ikenna was able to be hands on when needed and also let us lead while still giving us his professional opinion others times.
He has a special way in making sure youre comfortable and giving you the freedom to ask anything of him. He was available anytime I wanted to do a walk-through of a home, even with just a few hours notice. I was very impressed how we interacted with the listing agents for the homes we chose to make an offer on. He went above and beyond and was able to give prompt responses for any questions we had that was directed at or to the sellers.
