We're The Maids

Do not even try to use this maid service. I bought a groupon back in October that expired Jan 21. I wanted to have a professional come and do the bathrooms and kitchen before my mother in law came to our newish house for the first time. Called immediately after purchase and they called back and told me I should fill out the form online. Did, never got any confirmation or the emailed form they said I would have to fill out. Called and left messages. Nothing. Christmas approached, called again and again and now their phones seem to not work, just a busy signal, from every number I could dig up. Wrote to Groupon, they claimed to have gotten ahold of the company and the company would contact me. Nothing. January. Keep trying through groupon, they keep saying the company is going to contact me in three days. Nothing. They give me another week to redeem, which does no good as I can't get ahold of the stupid company. Totally unprofessional.

Bought a coupon and paid in advance. I set an appt and they never showed up. Whenever I leave a message I get no reply. I finally got someone on the phone and she pretended that I had the wrong number! Even tho the answering service gave the company name. Reporting these individuals to Better Biz Bureau now...

I hired We're the Maids to clean 3 rooms in my home. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they had time leftover. They could have just left (I had them come when I wasn't at home) but instead they cleaned 2 more rooms than I thought I could afford to have them do. I came home to a much cleaner house than I had expected. Great service, honest people.
