In general, I am not happy with Bank of America and I would give b of a 1 stars for their online service and apps. This branch in particular is one of the worst i have been to and would like to give no star but Yelp won't let me. Always ridiculously long line, inconsistent open hours (its not open even when it says it is according to their door), slow cashiers, limited counters (usually two counters are open, if u r lucky), useless greeter. Incident #1. Try to deposit my mom's check in our joint account but they can not help because the person helped me open the account did not set up my mom to be a primary account holder. Wtf then why is her name on every single damn monthly statement. #2. I am a business account holder, they dont have a business line. When they do, they give me attitudes when I stand in line because i look too young to be a business account holder#3. Try to take out some cash from my account. Asked for 7k. They said their daily limit was 3k. Some days it is 5k. I have the money in my account. If i want my money and its in my bank, I found it ridiculous for not being able to take it out. The list go on and on but I will be writing a book if I list everything. At the mean time, I am liking this other bank that I have been taking my money to. When I have the time, I would go into this branch and close all my b if a accounts. I have just been reluctant to do that because I know closing my accounts would probably be a half a day saga with their efficiency. Hey maybe their tactics are good. If u r slow, people might not close their account cause they dont want to wait an eternity. Bank of America sucks.

I see there is new remodeling done at this location, more windows have been added. Yet, only one clerk is helping customers, and one for business's. Long lines and Noone helps or opens a window. Why remodel, yet not help relieve the long lines

Definitely one of the worst BofA experiences I've had in a while. I guess that's what to expect from Bofa tho. Theres a line of  15 people waiting for tellers, literally going throughout the building and out the door.... This place sucks

Made an appointment to get a cashier's check issued. Arrived on time and was told to wait. Ten minutes later, I was told I didn't need an appointment for that but needed to get in line for the tellers (which had built up while I was waiting), so then I had to wait another 10 minutes. Then I was told to use my card in the machine. After multiple tries it failed to work ... we discovered it had expired and BofA had forgotten to send me a replacement. So then I had to go over to the desks where people WITH APPOINTMENTS were going so they could set me up to get a new card and then I had to go back to the teller so they could send me a text message to my phone to confirm who I was without the card. And then finally they were able to issue a cashier's check which should have been doable in 5 minutes or so. This all actually took over 35 minutes.BofA is hopeless. They can't even set you up so you can send a monthly payment to someone else. Instead you have to do it yourself EVERY MONTH. They are a disgrace in terms of their technology and systems and I feel sorry for the people who have to work for them dealing with frustrated customers. Instead of investing in computer systems that actually work, they are just raking in profits for the 1%.
