image a very tough insurance dispute.
Neil Bui is best lawyer I have worked with hands down! His attention to details us fantastic and he was able help me and my partners in an extremely professional way. He is super knowledgeable about our rights and all the necessary procedures we needed to follow. He also went above and beyond in many cases to meet with all members of our TIC (there are many) and help explain things to us.
Neil is the best and I highly recommend him and McInerney & Dillon!

image This law firm I recommend BEWARE …I hope to save you a nightmare and money!!!! I don’t want to leave a bad review and ever so rarely do I but this firm by far the mist unprofessional thieving nightmare of a firm …but to save you the stress and headache this firm caused me, I highly recommend to do your research. I unfortunately hired an attorney from this office who convinced me he was professional and able to take on my case. I repeatedly asked the attorney Gregory Reaume “ are you 100 % certain and able to take on this case?“ are you familiar with this type of case?” To which Gregory replied “ absolutely”. Well it was a big mess from there. I paid the retainer and we started with initial demand letter. Then it was decided we would need to file a lawsuit against defendant in court. I was starting to become nervous when Greg asked me questions I’ve never heard from an attorney before such as “ should we do the cheaper route for small fast jury” ? Or “ give me your credit card for this third party that can file the lawsuit” Normally in previous lawsuit cases you pay the attorney and you don’t give a credit card to a random 3rd party who may charge an unknown amount. It was very odd. Then within 7 days of our decision to move forward with this lawsuit I get crickets!!! Not a word, no notice of a lawsuit being filed no follow up until suddenly Greg states this to me… “ I’m leaving the law firm and I can’t help you after Friday”. What in the heck? I just hired this guy he had no idea he was leaving his law firm??? However, lucky for me the client suddenly wants to pay me… however Greg ruins any opportunity at retrieving what was owed to me …here is where GREG really hurts me and my case. He comes back to me stating “ here is your low ball offer I would just take it” and instead of negotiating with the defendants attorney like a normal mature professional attorney, he tells the other side “ I’m leaving the firm and can’t be of assistance any further with the case I’m leaving Friday”. He didn’t even try to do anything despite the fact he was still my attorney. Then he tells me “ by the way when I leave I won’t have any malpractice insurance”. Wonder why he mentions this to me, does he know he is a bad attorney? Then I later find out from my new attorney that Greg’s form McInnery and Dillon was suppose to step in and handle this case that this is how things are done if an attorney leaves the firm. The Firm McInnery and Dillon didn’t care and didn’t help me or even reach out in any way. …Then Greg sends the so called “ complaint, which was the lawsuit he never filed to me for my records “ the complaint as it turns out is completely useless even though Greg charged me $1400 for a useless complaint that cannot be filed. My new attorney states his work was completely useless and he had to rewrite rhe e tire complaint. What’s more upsetting is this attorney Gregory took my money and then ran the case right into the ground. Here is the final punch in the gut- he not only screws the whole case he sends a final bill for doing nothing at all except send a stupid demand letter and charges 2k for a demand letter and a complaint I can do nothing with. In addition after getting the final bill he suddenly sends An Entire Month After He’s Not My Attorney any longer, a Random Invoice of $600 …sent on McInnery and Dillon letterhead so did he never leave the firm? And how do you send a final bill then suddenly send some new bill isn’t a final bill a final bill? Here is the best part he tells me “his negotiation with defendants attorney” yes the negotiation where he literally says they want to pay 10 percent of what they owe just take it” he claims he did this “ Pro Bono”l and “ as a favor to me since he was leaving the firm”. Why did I get a final bill then suddenly months later I get a new bill that says I owe McInnery and Dillon $600 bucks wow what a total mess.

image Unfortunately, it often happens in construction projects that things go south. In our case, we had a contractor who abandoned the project mid-way through, and left a messy situation behind with unpaid subcontractors and murky deals.
Neil was a rock in all of these travails. Showered with questions, he would tirelessly explain the situation, develop a strategy together, weighing the pros and cons... and finally he got us out of that mess. Neil was instrumental in helping us regain control of the situation, defending our interests, skillfully negotiating on our behalf, and setting us on a path to recover our damages.
If you're in trouble or in a tricky situation, you want Neil on your side.
