Reached out to file bankruptcy in April 2023, was on a payment plan until November 2023. I sent all of the required documents and attended the required course. Have been waiting to get an account update and to start signing all my paperwork to proceed with filing. I call to get an update to only be told they will reach out to me because the accounting department is unavailable. Almost a year and still waiting to file for bankruptcy, definitely poor business practice going on at this place. Do not recommend, waste of time. Unfortunately not able to get deposit back.
