Made an appointment in advance, and received confirmation twice from them. Even the night before received confirmation of the appointment. On appointment day, in the morning, they called and canceled the appointment saying they can not find any technician to do the job. They treat costumer like garbage ! Go to other responsible place. Do not touch this one !

I am very content with my experience with this company. The technician who does the repair of my oven that was not heating was very informative, friendly, and fun to be at. He was very pleasant to deal with and was very careful to avoid debris during the repair. This is the best appliance service ever! Highly recommended!
