Dimond Heights Apartments

Yes these apartments are real small 1 bdrm .. there are washer and dryers on site.... you are within walking distance from Safeway and cvs and many other shops and bus lines. Bart is very close as well....there is Diamond park within walking ....this place is pet friendly.... I have lived here over 10yrs or more..... Management are good people to do business with....

While this place was being built, my playmate and I used to wait till the carpenters went home and we played in all the apartments. Prior to it being built, this was a big empty lot from Lincoln Ave clear down to the back of Safeway’s parking lot. It was so much fun. Even then the apartments seemed so small! Compare these to apartments built around the same time, about 3 blocks further up Lincoln - those apartments are so much bigger, roomier, close to being an actual house size instead of these tiny places!
