        I tried to make an appointment at the hospital because my leg hurts from my doctor, but the nurse said I had an appointment for over 2 months and told me to come later. I tried to make an appointment because I was in pain right away, but the hospital was at a ridiculous level and I was trying to contact the insurance company to change my doctor.

      Our office gives priority to patients who are already assigned to us . If the staff received a call for someone trying to establish care with us, they had to say when is the earliest appointment is . For patients assigned to us who are being discharged from the hospital, we try to schedule them within 2 weeks . Depending on the circumstances, the staff may redirect a patient to ER or a contracted Urgent Care that has Radiology services so that it is done as soon as possible if the symptoms require possible Xray orders. The staff also notifies the office manager for any urgent PCP appointment request and I did not get any notification today regarding that . Our clinic also has an Urgent Care side which the staff usually suggests to patient for any urgent needs. I apologize for any misunderstanding . Thank you .
