I contracted services to install epoxy coating in my 1200 sqft garage. I paid half up front and didn't see or hear from them following payment for more than a week. The only thing they rushed through the whole job was picking up my cash on the first day. I supplied the product and they were doing the prep and install. They came to work on my garage once a week for a 4 week period regardless of the tight time frame I had to get it done. The install came out horrible and the epoxy floor needs to be totally redone. They totally messed it up. There was a chemical reaction between the epoxy and the clear coat they put on. They obviously didn't read the information packet on either product. Even the color flakes they applied were thrown out on the floor in clumps and not evenly spread. Worst experience i've ever had with a contractor. I never paid the other half of the money and they aren't contacting me back to come redo my floor after several requests to do so. Total unprofessional amateurs.
